Type A features 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a usable area of 260 square meters and Type B features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a usable area of 290 square meters. All villas have functional open layouts as well as provisions for housekeeper quarters, service areas and parking. There are a total of 4 units for villa Type – Palma with all units facing the golf course and 13 units for villa Type – Pino.
