Red Lotus Properties sponsors Scandinavian Event in Hua Hin

The Scandinavian community in Hua Hin and the province of Prachuap Kirikhan has been growing immensely over the last several years. Given this, the near 100-year-old association Scandinavian Society Siam (SSS) is therefore catering to this emerging new group of Scandinavians staying and living in Thailand during long periods throughout the year.

A big weekend in Hua Hin will be the kick off for this new endeavor by SSS, including a golf tournament, the SEB Cup 2008 Regional Golf Tournament, as well as an evening event full of entertainment, food and free flowing drinks. This is the annual Winter Ball, hosted for the first time outside of the capital, named the Thai-Scandinavian Party & Golf, Hua Hin, on the 12th January, 2008. To this event, SSS welcomes all Scandinavians as well as Thais and others with any related ties or interest. The idea is to introduce this new Scandinavian community in Hua Hin to SSS and its existing members, with the ambition to expand the association and its activities beyond Bangkok.
