LOCATION AND TRANSPORTATION

Busaba Pool Villas is located only 5 minutes from Hua Hin City Center and coastal beaches, on Hua Hin Soi 112. Shuttle car service is available from 8:00 am – 20:00 pm. The shuttle car will transport guests between Case del Mare Hotel and Busaba Pool Villas.

Driving from Bangkok takes around 2:30 hours. On arrival, all guests have to check-in at Case del Mare before being transported to Busaba Pool Villas. 

ACCOMMODATION

Busaba Pool Villas has total living area of 183 square meters on 450 square meters land. Each villa comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and outdoor pool.

All villas are equipped with bath tub and shower, outdoor shower, broadband internet access, color LCD TV, refrigerator, stove, microwave and washing machine

GUESTROOM TARIFFS (BAHT)

As Busaba Pool Villas is designed to be a resident for not only long stay holiday-makers but also short stay visitors, we have 3 offer rates which are Daily, Weekly and Monthly.

Low season starts from 1 May to 31 October.

High season starts from 1 November to 15 December and 16 January to 30 April.

Peak season starts from 16 December to 15 January.

The Greenside at Laemchabang Golf is located 30 kilometers of the city of Pattaya and only 5 minutes away of 3 industrial estates. The project is located at the 3rd hole of course C at the Laemchabang International Country Club.    [Map]

ACCOMMODATION

There are 2 types of house at the Greenside at Laemchabang, 260 and 290 square meters

House - 260 sqm features with 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms.

House - 290 sqm features with 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms.

All houses have a function for maid and service area.

HOUSE TARIFFS (BAHT)

As designed for a purpose of long stay, the rental term is 12 months and shall be renewed on yearly basis.
