While lesser services are available, we know the marginal monthly expense for proper professional management is repaid many times over in the year to come.

Plus Property is managing over 10,000 residential units. Plus' local management and staff are prepared and available to meet your every need – routine maintenance, leasing, management and more. 

Additional management features may also include extra services per individual unit.
Plus Property provides home owners with a valued list of standard maintenance features and additional extra features to appeal to the every need of buyers. Daily, monthly and/or annual upkeep operations are also undertaken in property management wherein transparent administration and accounting are fundamental in ensuring owners receive full benefit, quality and fair services from their maintenance fees. Maintenance fees vary from project to project and typically reflect management professionalism and the value of a project.

For demanding residents, Plus also provides Plus Concierge Services offering the full complement of personal services typically offered by hotel concierges. Plus’ local management and staff are prepared and available to meet your every need.

Plus Property, can arrange all transportation including from and to the Bangkok airports and/or any other destination in Thailand.

All residents are notified prior to any routine maintenance, and all efforts will be made to minimize any disruptions to our resident’s quiet enjoyment of their homes.

Weekly Pool vacuuming and filter cleaning; water testing and chemical balancing; mechanical equipment inspection and routine maintenance.

Air Conditioning Maintenance
Quarterly air-conditioner servicing; refrigerant and filter inspection and servicing; mechanical equipment inspection and routine maintenance.
