A majority of our foreign buyers elect leasehold ownership structuring as it provides a legally binding agreement, providing long-term ownership protection for buyers. The leasehold terms are for 30 years, with an option to renew for two additional 30 year terms. Buyers will lease directly from a subsidiary of Sansiri PCL, which again reassures buyers that their villa ownership is legal, secure and transparent, given we are subject to the rules and regulations of the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
