Buying Process

The buying process is a relatively simple procedure which can be conducted locally in Thailand or from abroad. After you decide which project and property is right for you, both parties will sign a “Reservation Form” which is simply a document defining both party’s intent to buy and sell the specific property. At this point, a “Booking Fee” is also due to Red Lotus. We maintain generous payment schemes for all of our developments. The “Booking Fee” is typically 100,000 – 200,000.- Baht depending upon the project. Within a month’s time after the booking, a 25% payment is due along with the signed sale and purchase contract. Remaining payments of 25% each are set according to the construction progress, up until the transfer of the property wherein 100% payment is due. The property is then rightfully owned and enjoyed by you.
